Part of any online shopping experience involves trying to figure out what the total cost would be to have a item delivered to the door. We've tried to make our shipping policy as easy and as value oriented as possible.
Standard Ground Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS Ground, UPS Freight or a Common Carrier Trucking company. The shipping method really depends on the type of items that are ordered. For example, if you are ordering just accessories, we can usually ship these items via standard UPS Ground. If you are ordering larger funriture items, these items may require shipping via UPS Freight or a similar Common Carrier Trucking company. If your order ships via UPS Freight and/or Common Carrier Trucking, please note that this is a curbside only delivery. The truck drivers will NOT bring the items to your door and you must arrange for people to help on arrival. We try our best to ship as much as possible using UPS Ground since UPS Ground drivers will usually bring the items to your door or porch.
Shipping Rates:
Standard Ground Delivery shipping rates vary per item and shipping location. It is a weight based calculation. After adding all the items into the shopping cart, you can preview the shipping rates before confirming your order. In order to preview the shipping rates, please enter your zip code in the "Shipping Info" section and then CLICK on the "Apply" button. This will show you the shipping charge on your shopping cart.
We currently offer a Flat Rate Furniture Value Shipping Promotion so if your order is over $500 and it contains furniture items, it is usually a less expensive option. For example, if your order contains a loft bed, accessories, dresser and is being shipped to California, it is less expensive if you select the Flat Rate Furniture Value Shipping Promotion option. If you are ordering just accessories, please use the Standard Ground Shipping option.

Flat Rate Furniture Value Shipping Promotion
In response to feedback from our customers, we are currently offering a shipping promotion offer. $175 Flat Rate Shipping charge for any order over $500. Even if you order is $5000 to outfit 4 rooms, your shipping charge will still only be $175. Our Flat Rate Furniture Value Shipping is a "curbside" delivery which means that when your items are delivered by the trucking company, your items will be dropped off outside your home. The driver will not bring the items inside your home. Because furniture items must be separated from the pallets and then hand carried into your home, the trucking companies charge us a premium for this service. Curbside service is much less than having the items delivered to inside of your home. A lot of our customers have told us that they would prefer to save a few dollars by bringing the items into their house themselves. The only other restriction is that it is only available on furniture orders (within 48 contiguous states) and the minimum order is $500. Any order that is less than $500 will be charged $200 for the same "curbside" delivery service.

Coverage:
We apologize but currently we can only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
The Common Carrier trucking and UPS charges are too high to make it
possible to ship economically to Alaska and Hawaii. We regret that we
cannot ship to foreign countries at this time.
Common Carrier Trucking, Specialized In-House Kiddie World Delivery:
Please
note that items that are marked Furniture Delivery are items that are too
large and too heavy for UPS Shipping. These items need to be shipped by
using a Common Carrier such as ABF, MGM, Estes and other fine trucking
companies. Because of the size and bulk of these items, shipping costs are
typically higher that UPS.
We also offer Specialized In-House Kiddie World delivery service for customers who reside within 75 mile
radius of our store/warehouse located in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey.
Also, if you live close to our store/warehouse you do have the option of
picking up your furniture at no cost.

Specialized In-House Kiddie World Delivery:
For customer who reside within a 75 mile radius of our store/warehouse, we
offer this service which includes delivery, set-up, assembly and removal
of all packaging material. This is a complete delivery/setup service.
Pick-Up Service:
If you live close to our store/warehouse and would like to pick up your
furniture, we offer a free pickup service. Your order will be carefully
picked and selected and made ready for pickup. If you choose this service,
we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery
and Shipping:
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Shipping times are approximately 1 to 3 weeks. Destinations on the west coast can take a little longer.
Special order items are items that
require longer time to be processed by our suppliers. These items can take
up to eight weeks to arrive. These items will be clearly marked as
"Special Order Item". All items will be clearly marked as to how
long it will take to ship. Please include your daytime phone number when
ordering. Also for furniture delivery items, we will need a daytime number
so that the Shipper may contact you to make arrangements for delivery.

and are able to offer excellent rates.
Sales
Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax for all items that are delivered to
New Jersey. The current tax rate for items delivered to New Jersey is
(7%).
