Please note that we cannot sell all furniture available at our retail store through our site due to manufacturer's internet policies forbidding internet sales.
Shipping:
Part of any online shopping experience involves trying to figure out what the total cost would be to have a item delivered to the door. We've tried to make our shipping policy as easy and as value oriented as possible. For more information on our shipping policy, please visit our shipping info page.
Returns:
Requests for returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order. All items must be in their original, double boxed, strapped packaging. Items that have been opened and/or assembled cannot be returned. (Everyone wants new furniture and no one wants furniture that has been assembled and/or used). The buyer is responsible for shipping and shipping costs to ship the items back to us. Once the items are received, we will inspect the items and issue a refund less shipping charges (original shipping charges for shipping to buyer). Returned items are also assessed a 25% restocking fee.
If any of the items are damaged, we will gladly replace any defective part as long as we are notified within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, any requests for parts or service can be made directly through the manufacturer. For contact information of the manufacturer or for warranty service, please contact us.
